The sale of tobacco to individuals under the legal minimum purchase age is illegal and the purchase of tobacco by individuals under the legal minimum purchase age is illegal. The consumer understands that the signing of another person's name to a certification that is consuming is of legal age is illegal.    By placing and purchasing an order of cigars and or tobacco products, you are legally acknowledging that you are 18 years of age or 19 if you reside in AK, AL, LA, NJ and UT.   We utilize a delivery service method that either limits delivery to the purchaser and requires the purchaser to sign personally to receive the delivery, or requires signature of an adult at the purchaser's address to deliver the package.
